Wear or Beware? Ernesto Esposito Multicolored Sandals

On the Bright Track

This summer, multicolored and mixed medium shoes are almost a wardrobe necessity. They're fun, and they can spice up the simplest of looks. However, is there a such thing as taking it too far? This "patchwork leopard peep toe" by Ernesto Esposito definitely approaches that border if there is. At first glance, I was turned off. However, the more I looked at them, the better they looked (maybe because I'm a sucker for 40's inspired styling- and metallic pink). What's your take? Would you dare to wear them? If so, with what?

  1. I'd wear them with a strapless, knee-length fitted dress..you know, the one that's kinda like a bustier at top and pencil skirt at bottom, and has a peplum, probably in a fuchsia matte satin or mixed African prints. (of course that's if I was 15-20 years younger)

  2. I remember when these would've been a MUST HAVE!!! Now, Mommy-hood has taken over, and I look like a duck out of water when I do get a chance to rock my sexy heels instead of my comfy flats, or even (GASP!!!!) CROCS, LMBO!!! But I'm doin that whole wear-my-heels-to-do-housework thing to get back on track, lol!!!
